The government has opened the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) for applications into joining higher institutions of learning.

In a notice on Thursday, February 8, 2024, KUCCPS announced that application should be done via the student’s portal student.kuccps.net

“The wait is over! The @KUCCPS_Official portal is now open! It’s time to apply for your preferred course in an institution of your choice. Keep it here for updates,” read the notice.

The application is open for placement for students seeking to join Universities, Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) institutions, Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), Teachers Training Colleges (TTC) and Open University of Kenya ( OUK).

Those targeted include the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) class of 2023 and Form 4 leavers of the KCSE year 2000 to 2022.
