The board of Safaricom has approved payment of an interim dividend of Ksh. 0.55 per ordinary share to its members.

In a communication by the company’s acting Company Secretary Linda Wambani said that the board’s meeting on February 12th, 2025, resolved for the payment for the year ending March 31st, 2025.

“The interim dividends will be payable to shareholders on the register of members as at the close of business on 3rd March 2025 and will be paid on or about 31st March 2025, ”  the communication read in part .
