NAIROBI, KENYA, March 18, 2024 … Over 200 professionals including architects, developers, consultants, and contractors, as well as property owners gathered at the Movenpick Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya on Friday, for an exclusive exploration of cutting-edge air conditioning technologies during the LG-Opalnet Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Night.

The event showcased LG’s latest innovations in domestic and commercial air conditioning systems, highlighting the versatility and performance of LG’s VRF Multi V™ series. Attendees had the opportunity to experience a range of solutions including ducted and duct-free indoor units, as well as Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) options, all equipped with leading-edge controls.

In addition to the VRF Multi V™ series, the event featured a diverse range of products from LG’s extensive catalogue of HVAC systems. Attendees were able to witness firsthand the range of LG products, including their advanced and energy-efficient controls.

“This range of air conditioners is perfect for both residential and commercial set ups. It includes single cassette and concealed ductable air conditioners that are ideal for homes. Also available are dual vane cassette, wall mounted units and round cassette air conditioners that are recommended for commercial set ups,” said LG Electronics East Africa’s Air Solution Product Manager, Yeonguk Yun.

One of the key highlights of the event was the opportunity for attendees to interact with the convenience and flexibility of LG’s systems. With the capability to design a complete end-to-end HVAC system solution tailored to the specific needs of any project, LG showcased innovative solutions that meet the evolving demands of the industry.

“As you all know, the LG brand has been recognized by the Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute for six years in a row. This goes to show that the quality, performance and reliability that you get from our systems is unmatched,” said LG Electronics East Africa Managing Director, Dong Won Lee.

The LG-Opalnet HVAC Night provided a platform for industry professionals to network, learn, and exchange ideas, furthering the collective advancement of the HVAC sector in Kenya and beyond.
