Participating countries include the hosts Kenya, as well as Uganda, Tanzania, Cameroon, Benin, Rwanda, Botswana, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Sierra Leone, Egypt, Madagascar, South Sudan, and Algeria.
