The ongoing county road works aimed at easing mobility has continued following the completion of the construction of Jua Kali Road in Embakasi Ward.

The Nairobi County Government, under the leadership of H.E. Governor Johnson Sakaja completed the construction of the road, marking a key achievement in the county’s ongoing infrastructure upgrade efforts across the city.

Funded through the Ward Development Fund (WDF), the project addresses long-standing concerns from residents and local businesses over the poor state of the road.

The newly completed Jua Kali Road is expected to drastically improve accessibility, reduce travel time, and facilitate the smoother movement of people and goods within the ward.

This project reflects Governor Sakaja’s administration broader commitment to enhancing urban mobility and ensuring equitable development across all wards.

By focusing on road upgrades at the wards level, the administration is working toward a more connected, inclusive, and efficient Nairobi.
